At one of my beautiful location spots or a location of your choice. If the location of my client's choice charges for a photography pass, admission fees, hourly rent, and parking fees, these charges and fees are my client's responsibilities. Travel fee may apply for locations more than 30 miles from Ken Thomas Photography.

Studio Headshot session $150
- Each session is for one person.
An additional $40 for each person is added at the same session and same location with a group of 10 or more people.
An additional $50 for each person is added at the same session and same location with a group of 9 or fewer people.

- Set up, session, retouching, High-Resolution Digital Images, Web-Ready resolution Digital Images and The Full Print Release to ALL of your session images.
- You will receive ALL of your proofs from the session plus the fully retouched images.
- Inside my studio location with a color/textured backdrop as your background or outside my studio location for an outdoor environmental location as your background.

Real Estate Photography Pricing
Ken Thomas Photography provides professional real estate photography services for Cabarrus, Rowan, Stanly, and Mecklenburg County.
WHAT WE PROVIDE
-- $150.00 up to 2500 square feet.
-- If more than 2500 square feet please contact me for a quote.
-- Interior and exterior shots.
-- Typical turnaround time for all of your images within 24 hours.
-- Full resolution image files for all your print needs. (flyers, brochures, signs, business cards, and etc.)
-- Web-ready image files for your website and MLS listing needs.
-- Online galleries for six months to showcase properties.
Travel fee may apply for other Counties outside of Cabarrus, Rowan, Stanly, and Mecklenburg County.
